Stress Management in the New year and Beyond!

The holidays are over, but the aftermath is still in need of repair. Bills, New Year Resolutions, Unwanted Weight-Gain, The State of the World, etc. You simply are stressed out!

So, get ready to learn how to de-stress and relax your mind, body and spirit during our January 10th Stress Management seminar. 10:00 -11:30 a.m. at Cornerstone Church - 7277 Eden Brook Dr., Columbia, Md. The seminar will be held on the lower level of the church in Fellowship Hall.

Lite-fare refreshments will be provided. There will be door prizes, exercise demonstrations, short video presentations, handouts, resources and a panel of experts to answer your health and wellness questions.
